Last June, members of the executive board at IPP, Paulo Trigo Pereira and Ricardo Cabral, along with fellow economists Ricardo Paes Mamede e Emanuel Santos, were at the Portuguese Parliament in the hearing following the submission of a major petition, following the popular “Manifesto dos 70”, which had a significant impact in the Portuguese public debate. At the event, they also presented a small companion essay about the possibility of a restructuring of Portuguese public debt, available in the link below (Portuguese only).
Permanent call for papersIPP aims to broaden the scope of public debate in Portugal and Europe with the publication of quality work in the fields on which it focuses on.
