This website is managed and operated by the Institute of Public Policy – Association (IPP), located at Rua Miguel Lupi, 20, Lisbon, which aims to provide information on the operation and activities of IPP, as well as online publications and publicizing the series of publications edited by IPP.
All elements on this site, such as text, images, graphics, files, layout, structure, etc., are protected by intellectual property laws and, in particular, by the scope of copyright protection. Such data may not be copied for commercial use or distribution, nor may it be modified or forwarded to other sites. This site may also contain images that constitute the intellectual property of others, which are also subject to the legal provisions applicable to copyright and intellectual property protection.
On the site there are links to documents containing publications edited by IPP and, eventually, by other institutions, applying the corresponding copyright policies to them.
Delimitation of liability
All content and functionality contained on the Site are made available (“as is”), and does not constitute the information contained therein as a advice or recommendation, nor does it establish any contractual relationship of liability unless expressly provided otherwise. In the processing of personal data to which IPP has access when using the website, IPP scrupulously complies with the personal data protection law. Through our pages we do not collect any personal data (such as name, address, telephone number or email address) if you do not communicate it to our company (for example through the registration of the newsletter) or provide authorization, or otherwise, if not permitted by the laws and regulations governing the protection of personal data. When given to us, we generally use them to answer questions or to provide access to specific information or newsletters. As a user, you may request at any time by email to delete the registration or to correct the registered data.

The IPP website has no advertising, but there may occasionally be graphic and textual references to business and non-profit entities with whom IPP establishes partnership and collaboration relationships.
