This analysis to the State Budget proposal for 2021 results from the analysis carried out by an IPP/ISEG team regarding rigor, transparency and budgetary responsibility.
This analysis first served to support the evaluation of the Budget by the Scientific Advisory Council, composed of economists/academics, through a survey resulting in the IPP/ISEG Budget Index. The intended analysis is purely technical, independent and objective, in the light of good international reporting practices and the budgetary procedure.
